Wedding Information Booklet

The Booklet and your second deposit are due in our studio at least 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Please complete this booklet as accurately and legibly as possible. Also, along with the booklet we will

need the Photos for the beginning of the video, 1 invitation, and 1 reception card.

** Please Note** - There is a 15 picture allowance on all packages, however, you may submit more at a

cost of $3.00 each. An additional 10 photos from the honeymoon can also be submitted at no extra charge.

Photos must be in our studio within 2 weeks of getting back from your honeymoon. Or there will be an additional charge to add the photos.

If the Photos are digital, please send in a CD-Rom with the files included. Emailing large photo files can cause crashes, lock-up the server

and take a long time to upload and download.

Bridal Party Information

To guarantee correct spelling of the bridal party names, you can email a word file of the names and the invitation.

Ceremony Information

The following information is needed so that we may cater our shooting and editing style to fit your individual needs.

However, if you are not sure of a particular answer, please feel free to call our studio for help or even to make an

appointment and we can go over the particulars with you.

** All Church & Synagogue Weddings

Please check for any formal rules and regulations that apply to videographers.

If the building has a balcony, please check that we are permitted to shoot from there.

Catholic Mass

Please keep in mind that we edit the mass down to allow time for other things during the day.

Since most Masses are over 1 hour, leaving everything in leaves very little time for the rest of the day.

Most Catholic Masses are over 1 hour in length. Though we do video tape the entire Mass,
we attempt to edit it down to approx. 35 minutes. We normally edit out the Eucharistic and
Communion parts of the Mass.

During the Mass, for the sake of continuity, we will shorten some songs, and

sometimes, some of the Homily (however, this is obviously on a one-to-one basis

We try to get several shots during the ceremony from the balcony, if there is one.

Please check with your church if our cameraman is allowed in the balcony.

Several churches have choir directors who ban anyone from the balcony.

It’s always good to check this out ahead of time. Our cameramen will, as always,

stay out-of-the-way, and will not obstruct the view of the organist or any other church personnel.

Jewish Ceremonies

To keep our tapes in line with people’s tastes, we have established 2 editing styles from which you can choose.

Please check off which you would prefer. Once the tape is completed, changes can only be made at additional costs.

The editing will include all of the graphics and special effects to enhance the tape and make it more enjoyable.

Slow-motion/black & white, various colorful transitions are used throughout the reception, lower third titles to introduce interviews.

We can also add Hollywood OSCAR shots during the introductions or movie clips such as “animal house”

The editing will be very low-key with just dissolves between the scenes, no logos, no graphics except for the beginning and end.

Please circle 12 songs from the following list. The list is quite extensive, as we try to cover all tastes in music.

However, if there is a song you would like that is not listed, we will need you to supply it on CD. (all CD’s are returned).

If you skip to below the music list, you will see suggestions for what we think fit for the different sections of the video.

If you submit a cd with songs that we don’t have, please title the songs and track numbers so that we know what is on the disk.

Please keep in mind, we want to personalize the beginning and end of the video to match your personality.

But some songs, usually rock & rap won’t fit as well as another choice that could be just as sentimental to the both of you,

but fits the feel of the video better. Most of the beginning and ending is slow motion, with softer type video clips, so softer
